This is the Singapore US Naval base. Notice the tennis courts, softball fields, pool, and indoor/outdoor bar.

There were two of these statues on the main street in Singapore; they are two generals who defended the city in a war. I don't remember the names or the war now, though.

Hardrock Cafe Singapore

This is the hotel I stayed in when I was in Singapore, the Omni Marco Polo. It was $500 a night, but it was the hotel the Navy told me to stay at and they payed for it.

This is the front of the shopping mall across from the hotel. The movie Congo had just come out when we were visiting, so there were giant apes everywhere.

This is a sign that was outside the cargo loading area near the docks in Singapore. For some reason I found it absolutely hilarious.
